Our classes are all broken down into age based curriculums. This helps each individual student not just learn the skills, but also comprehend and succeed in each skill at their own pace. The programs are as following:
WEE DRAGON: PARENT & ME
This program is for children ages 12mo through 2 years of age. It is specifically designed to build a mutual interest in fitness along the side of parents. We will highlight in the development of focus skill, motor skills and communication skills while engaging in basic martial art techniques.
This program is for children ages 2 through 4 years of age. It is specifically designed to improve focus skill, motor skills, and attention span in order to perform daily life task as well as develop basic taekwondo techniques.
This program is for children ages 5 through 8 years of age. It is specifically designed to improve the child’s focus, motor skills, teamwork, and self-confidence in order to perform daily life task as well as develop beginner taekwondo techniques.
This program is for children ages 9 through 12 years of age. It is specifically designed to improve the child’s focus, motor skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and self-confidence in order to perform daily life task as well as develop intermediate taekwondo techniques, and preparing for competitions in order to develop sportsmanship.
THUNDER DRAGONS TKD & SELF-DEFENSE
This is for children ages 13 up to adults; there is no age limitations. It is specifically designed to improve the focus, motor skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and self-confidence in order to perform daily life task as well as develop advanced taekwondo techniques, and prepare for the competitive side of Olympic Taekwondo.

- INTERMEDIATE Green & Blue
- ADVANCED Red & Black
We offer advanced courses in both Sparring and Sport Poomsae. These courses are for those interested in the competitive side of our sport. We tend various local as well as out of state tournaments. No age requirements, all that is needed is a willingness to work hard and persevere in the training.
This Program is for adults 16 and up, designed specifically to lose fat, tone the body, increased flexibility, and better circulation as well as relief stress. This 30 minute non-stop workout will keep you moving and engaged through out the class duration.
FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH
This program is designed for Senior Citizen of the ages 55 and above. This class will help improve, mobility, flexibility, improve circulation, and keep you in shape with a touch of cardio.
This class is designed to train on various styles of self-defense. How to protect yourself when in different scenarios such as, someone with weapons, defense from the ground, someone bigger than you, etc; as well as getting a light of cardio.
This class is catered to each individual student. We run anything from curriculum based classes, self-defense, fitness, strength and conditioning, etc.
